1. What the Agreement Covers

This is a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or the "User") and ROUTIN BILGI TEKNOLOJILERI ANONIM SIRKETI ("ROUTIN", "we," "us" or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Routin Customer mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, registering for or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE APP AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

The App is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. Where required by law, users who have not reached the age of majority must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Description of the Service

Routin Customer is a mobile application that serves two main purposes: (a) it lets you track the status of a stop shared with you (the number of stops before yours, the estimated arrival time and the driver's location); and (b) it lets you save, edit and share your own locations. The scope and features of the App may change from time to time.

The App operates in connection with Routin Team. The route tracking feature depends on the operations of the organization managing the route on Routin Team and on the tracking information it shares with you. Information such as the estimated arrival time and the driver's location is an estimate; its accuracy and timeliness are not guaranteed and also depend on that organization's data. The Routin Team Terms of Service additionally apply to Routin Team services.

3. Account and Use

You can use the App with your email address (using a verification code) or without providing an email address. You represent that the information you provide when creating an account is accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that takes place under it. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of unauthorized use of your account.

You can delete your account at any time using the "Delete Account" option in the App menu or by following the steps on the account deletion page of our website.

4. Prohibited Uses

When using the App, you agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law; (b) use the App in a way that harms, harasses or misleads third parties; (c) share the location or personal information of others unlawfully or without their knowledge; (d) disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, our servers or connected networks; (e) access the App or extract data from it using automated means such as bots or spiders; (f) attempt to extract the source code of the App, reverse engineer, copy, modify or create derivative works of it; or (g) resell, rent or reproduce the App or any part of it for commercial purposes.

5. Locations and Your Content

You retain all rights in the locations, addresses, notes and other information you save in or share through the App ("Content"). You grant us a limited permission to host and process your Content as needed to operate the App and provide the service to you.

When you share your Content with others, you understand and agree that the people you share it with may view and use it. You decide what to share and with whom, and you are responsible for your shares. You warrant that the Content you share is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others.

ROUTIN has no obligation to monitor or approve your Content, but reserves the right to remove or restrict access to Content that we believe violates these Terms of Service or the law.

ROUTIN may use anonymous data obtained through its services that cannot be linked to an identified or identifiable natural person for service improvement, data analysis, address parsing, training, testing, and improving artificial intelligence and machine learning models, and scientific research activities.

Anonymous datasets created for these purposes may be shared with third parties, licensed, or made publicly available, subject to applicable laws, regulations, and data usage rights. ROUTIN is under no obligation to share or publish such anonymous data.

6. Location Permission and Privacy

The App may optionally request your device's location permission for functions such as showing your current location. You can grant or withdraw this permission at any time in your device settings; however, turning it off may cause some features not to work.

How your personal data is collected, used and protected is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The App itself, the ROUTIN name and logo, trademarks, copyrights, database rights and all other intellectual property rights belong to Routin Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the App for your personal use on devices you own or control.

8. Device, Connectivity and Third-Party Data

Certain functions of the App require an active internet connection. ROUTIN cannot be held responsible if the App does not work at full functionality because you do not have access to Wi-Fi, mobile data or location services. You are responsible for any data or roaming charges from your mobile network provider and for keeping your device charged.

It is your responsibility to keep your phone and your access to the App secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device, as this could expose it to security risks and cause the App not to work properly.

The App may rely on third-party services for map, address and location data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of this data, and we accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss you experience as a result of relying wholly on the location and address information in the App.

9. Updates and Changes to the Service

We may update the App from time to time. The App is currently available on Android and iOS; system requirements may change and you may need to download updates to keep using the App. We do not promise that the App will always work with the version installed on your device. ROUTIN reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time. If the App is discontinued, the rights granted under these terms end and you must delete the App from your device.

10. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROUTIN and its directors, employees or agents will not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of data or other indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Mandatory provisions of law remain reserved.

12. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not operate. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of such sites and do not endorse them.

13. Feedback

We reserve the right to use any questions, suggestions and feedback you send us about the App without notice to you or payment of any compensation.

14. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. ROUTIN may suspend or terminate your account or your access to the App without prior notice if you violate these Terms of Service.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms. Your mandatory rights under consumer protection law remain reserved.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version is published on this page and takes effect when posted. You are advised to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the App after changes means that you accept the updated terms.
